Meet Molly!
Piano / Flute / Voice / Musikgarten
Molly Mills grew up in church choir, band, piano lessons, school choir, and musical theater—with one of her favorite memories being playing the role of Dorothy in The Wizard of Oz. When it came time to pick a major for college, she knew instantly to combine her love of music with her love of children and hasn't looked back.
Molly holds a Bachelor of Music Education degree from DBU, and is a certified EC-12 music teacher, with many years of experience teaching private and group lessons, and tutoring students in music theory. Molly loves music of all genres, and especially enjoys sharing the joy of music with young children, including her own daughters and sons. Singing and watching students learn and grow are two of Molly's greatest passions.
In addition to her desire to teach the next generation, Molly loves working with students of all ages and walks of life, including adults. She enjoys discovering each student's needs and learning styles to cater their lesson to them. Being the wife of a marine veteran, Molly has had the privilege to travel the country, teach in California, and meet many different students, furthering her ability to craft individualized lessons.
Aside from music, Molly also runs a food blog and enjoys getting creative in the kitchen with healthy food. She has been a fitness instructor with Stroller Strides for moms with young ones and is one of our certified Musikgarten instructors, too. Molly plans to continue teaching, playing, and singing always!
